At Steamboat Medical we are pleased to offer a variety of needs for women’s health.

Steamboat Medical Group wants to build strong relationships with our clients, in addition to providing specialized areas of expertise in order to meet the growing demands of the Yampa Valley region. Providing a specialized focus on women’s health allows us to effectively diagnose and treat a variety of issues that need to be recognized and addressed in order to live a full and healthy lifestyle.

Since women make up more than half of the population in the United States, it’s extremely important that primary care physicians are able to address a host of needs specific for the female body. Issues such as urinary tract infections, menstrual disorders, yeast infections, birth control counseling, fertility issues, and types of sexually transmitted infections should be at the forefront of healthcare, in addition to a focus on one’s specific health needs and goals.

Wellness exams
Coverage of various sexual topics such as sexual health and sexually transmitted infections
